Main Responsibilities Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography, including emerging thought leaders such as DOL and Rising Stars. Aggregate data points and perform tracking activities analysis through CRM. Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships to generate insights and leverage opportunities. Maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area. Implement local KOL Engagement Plans using omnichannel strategies to deliver personalized and value-added engagement experiences. Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence and insight generation, and partnerships for assigned brands, in collaboration with in-country teams. Execute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area, including training and development aligned with global strategy and local needs. Candidate Profile Experience in MSL roles or Medical Affairs, preferably in Hematology or Onco-Hematology, with knowledge of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation being an advantage. Data-driven approach essential. Skills include public speaking, communication, result orientation, organizational skills, customer focus, networking, adaptability, digital mindset, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Educational background: Scientific Degree; PhD is a plus. Languages: Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written. Why Join Us?
