Job Description
Client Executive - Risk Management Incoming Our Risk Management Incoming Team deals with the management and development of customers who are Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies. You will develop, grow, and maintain relationships between the organization and clients, focusing on growth and retention. You will also develop, manage, and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers, and cultivate existing customer relationships to close deals. We will count on you to Support clients in risk management by identifying their needs and providing customized solutions, including risk analysis, evaluation, and risk transfer on the insurance market; Manage a client portfolio with budget responsibilities and actively contribute to achieving office goals, both in growth and retention; Coordinate the operational management team for your client portfolio (Client Representatives, Specialties, Placement, Marsh Advisory, etc.), ensuring proper activity planning and effective internal communication according to company policies; Contribute to opportunity management and deployment, especially in sales meetings and offer proposals, using a deep understanding of the company's value proposition; Close sales deals by negotiating values and pricing structures to best serve both business and client needs; Conduct thorough due diligence research using various resources to identify or understand prospect accounts and sales opportunities; Maintain account relationships and work to ensure the business is viewed as a preferred vendor; Coordinate and evaluate the delivery of solutions and products to ensure alignment with requirements, agreements, quality standards, and compliance; Stay informed about industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences, and maintain a broad professional network. What you need to have At least 5 years of professional experience in client-facing roles as a Client Executive; Extensive knowledge of property and liability insurance coverages; Excellent commercial attitude; Fluent in English and Italian; Good analysis and problem-solving skills; Availability for occasional business trips.
