Role - Maniframe developer Location : - Bari- Italy Hybrid – 2-3 days office per week Language mandatory - Italian and English speaking Experience 12-15 yr Role: Technical Specialist Mainframe Primary Technical Skills: Mainframe, CICS, DB2 Domain: Banking, Finance Secondary Technical Skills: CICS, JIRA, Batch Jobs, Mobile, iOS, Java Key Responsibilities and Tasks Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements. Analyze new change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation. Support development teams and supervise design, testing, and modification stages. Ensure up-to-date documentation. Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to schedules. Be an expert in finding root causes for incidents and bugs, and help in resolving recurring issues permanently. Preferred background Experience in incident handling and problem solving in an L3 support team. Experience in projects dealing with file interfaces and protocols. Preferred personal qualities Service-minded and responsible within relevant working areas. Ability to work independently and quickly learn necessary knowledge and technologies. Effective communication skills, appreciating diversity. Structured, analytical, and adaptable to change.
