Job Description
The resource is responsible for supervising administrative activities related to personnel management, monitoring labour costs and implementing and updating reporting systems. Main Activities The resource ensures the management of all necessary activities in compliance with the formalities required for hiring and terminating employment relationships. The resource manages documentation related to hiring and the employee life cycle. The resource supports the payroll process in close coordination with the external payroll firm. The resource supports HR Managers in analysing deviations in the main dynamics that impact labour costs. The resource draws up the budget and quarterly forecast revisions in coordination with the HR Director, HR Managers and management control. The resource ensures the creation and management of standard and ad hoc reporting on the BI systems in use (SAP Analytic Cloud, Zucchetti Analytics, Qlik View) in relation to key HR KPIs and metrics. The resource collaborates in the management and updating of HR information systems (Zucchetti - SAP Success Factors). The resource supervises the constant updating of the various databases, acting as a focal point for evaluating and identifying areas for improvement. Skills Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent qualification) Good English skills (spoken and written) Experience in labour costs analysis Strong MS Offices skills, especially Excel Precision and attention to detail - Analytical skills and data orientation Education Degree in Economics or Law Location: Parma (HQ) About Us Bormioli Pharma operates in a very close partnership with the pharmaceutical industry and all the companies that are shaping the future of healthcare.
