Job Description

RINA is looking for a Proposal & Project Coordinator in the Energy sector for its office in Genoa / Milan / Rome / Fano. The profile we are looking for is an engineer having strong technical capabilities interested to turn its career toward more managing. Main Tasks To draw up technical-commercial proposals Job Planning and management (initial planning, schedule preparation and sharing with team and customer, progress monitoring and reporting) To distribute jobs to the technicians and the subcontractors, to support and monitor the activities carried out Execution of technical tasks Periodical meetings with Customer (reporting, MOM preparation, follow up of action list,) Handle clients queries on daily basis Experience and Requirements Master Degree in Technical Disciplines, preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Civil at least 3 years of experience in the Energy sector, interest in shifting from technical roles to project management roles Understanding of the technical issues of Energy and Petrochemical world Experience in energy transition technologies (CCU, hydrogen, etc.) will be taken into account Fluency in English Language (knowledge of other languages would be a plus) Ability to write well structured, concise and well-reasoned reports, proposals and documents Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad Pro-active customer focused approach Good communication skills Ability to manage conflicts and to negotiate Applications that are not in line with the requirements will not be considered.
