HR Associate Partner

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Associate Partner to join our team, working in BLQ8 Sort Center. Key job responsibilities Support and take action on T&A system and resolve daily issues; Assist managers with their daily issues and support associates with their needs; Serve as the first point of contact for employees, helping to resolve queries or directing them appropriately; Analyze data and generate reports on HR topics such as Unplanned Absences, Holidays, Overtime, and Workforce metrics; Identify system flags and assess attendance points for associates; Manage time-off request forms for colleagues, including both managers and associates; Obtain and manage approvals from managers for vacation requests; Identify, track, and reconcile missing punches (in, out, lunch); With manager approval, resolve discrepancies related to Time Off Task flags; Coordinate orientation timing for new hires from staffing agencies. A day in the life In the rapidly growing context of the Sortation Center, you will play a critical role. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with the Operations team.
