Nursy è una nuova startup nata all'interno di un Venture Studio per sviluppare soluzioni intelligenti per il settore vivaistico ornamentale.Il nostro obiettivo è validare e lanciare sul mercato una piattaforma AI-driven che aiuti i vivai a ridurre sprechi, prevenire malattie e ottimizzare l’uso delle risorse. Abbiamo già validato il concept con un primo partner industriale, siamo supportati da Fastweb per l’infrastruttura tech (cloud, edge, 5G), e collaboriamo con l’Università di Pisa per la parte scientifica e algoritmica. Ora cerchiamo un Tech Lead che possa sviluppare il primo MVP cloud-native. Missione Visione Vogliamo trasformare il florovivaismo ornamentale con una piattaforma decisionale che: Riduce l’uso di acqua fino al 30% Diminuisce i costi dei fitofarmaci del 15–20% Aumenta la resa fino al 20% Il tuo ruolo come Tech Lead Freelance Sarai responsabile dello sviluppo tecnico end-to-end dell’MVP e parte attiva nella validazione sul campo. Responsabilità: Disegno e sviluppo del backend (API, logica DSS, orchestrazione dati) Integrazione di sensori IoT, camere multispettrali, e strumenti analitici Sviluppo delle interfacce web/mobile per gli operatori Deployment su ambienti cloud (Fastweb Edge o soluzioni alternative) Supporto al team scientifico per l’implementazione di modelli predittivi Contributo alla roadmap tecnologica e alla selezione di risorse future Stack tecnico e competenze chiave Frontend : React / Next.js (o framework simili) Backend : Node.js, Python (per motore DSS) Database : SQL, noSQL Infra & DevOps : Docker, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Realtime DB / Auth / API : Supabase, Firebase Data Engineering : raccolta, validazione e gestione dati da sensori API Design : REST/GraphQL, sicurezza, versioning AI Integration : supporto alla pipeline ML (bonus) Cosa offriamo Contratto freelance (3–6 mesi) con opzione di estensione o evoluzione in ruolo continuativo Compenso competitivo (4k€/mese) possibilità di coinvolgimento in una startup in fase di spinout Accesso a un Venture Studio con esperienza in product-market fit, go-to-market e fundraising Autonomia, ownership e impatto reale fin da subito Full remote Requisiti Esperienza mid/senior come software engineer, tech lead o full-stack developer Capacità di lavorare in autonomia Disponibilità a trasferte brevi in giornata (zona Toscana) per test su campo e incontri con i partner Attitudine hands-on: sai scrivere codice, fare debug e prendere decisioni architetturali Comunicazione efficace in italiano e inglese Se vuoi costruire qualcosa di concreto, in un settore agricolo da €20B in Europa ancora poco digitalizzato, e ti piace l’idea di fare la differenza scrivici. Our goal is to validate and launch an AI-driven platform that helps nurseries reduce waste, prevent diseases, and optimize resource usage. We’ve already validated the concept with an initial industrial partner, are supported by Fastweb for tech infrastructure (cloud, edge, 5G), and are collaborating with the University of Pisa on the scientific and algorithmic side. We’re now looking for a Tech Lead to develop the first cloud-native MVP . Mission & Vision We aim to transform ornamental floriculture with a decision-making platform that: Reduces water usage by up to 30% Cuts pesticide costs by 15–20% Increases yield by up to 20% Your Role as Freelance Tech Lead You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end technical development of the MVP and actively involved in field validation.
