The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the EMEA region, particularly with business developers and marketing teams. Main Responsibilities: Identify and communicate the company's unique value proposition regarding sustainability to clients, creating a competitive advantage; Understand client needs related to sustainability and tailor sales strategies to provide impactful solutions; Collaborate closely with the sustainability team to integrate knowledge from regulatory, retail, and consumer sectors into product offerings; Develop partnerships with leading brands and organizations to create joint sustainability-focused promotions with the marketing team; Educate clients on the environmental benefits of sustainable products, fostering customer loyalty and increasing market share; Enhance the visibility of Berlin's sustainability catalog and innovative products through strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Qualifications: Degree in Environmental Sciences and Techniques, Sustainability, or Economics; 3-5 years of experience in sustainability-related roles within international and structured companies; Excellent command of the English language ; Strong commercial and consulting skills towards clients; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach.
