Field Technical Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission Main Purpose : Service / To repair (Field TE support and training to customers, support in workshop repair, maintenance activities in the Field and Operating room installations.) Technical Support to workshop team. Installing, configuring, and maintaining technical equipment, systems, and software at client sites. Preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment. Carrying out the required reporting and data base maintenance. Diagnosing technical issues, conducting repairs, and testing equipment for proper functionality. Analyzing complex problems, developing solutions, and implementing fixes under pressure. Providing technical support and training to customers and other engineers/technicians. Training and education of KARL STORZ devices and/or services in client locations as determined by the facility requirements. Continuous learning - Health and safety. Documentation and training on workplace safety. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
