Astek is looking for a Salesforce Admin to work with our leading payments partner in an international environment. Your mission Salesforce user rights management MS RC Salesforce set up maintenance (relationship with the CRM IT team to manage changes from design to roll out) Salesforce use documentation ownership Salesforce user support and training Workflow process in Salesforce support Weekly in-person ARROW session management (agenda preparation, meeting moderation, meeting minutes) Process performance monitoring Who are you? 4 years of experience as a CRM manager, with good knowledge of Salesforce (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, reports, users) Experience in project coordination and user support Experience in the use of AI Someone with leadership and rigor Minimum B2 English ¡Additional languages are an advantage!
