Mission: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented CRM Expert the implementation and steering of campaigns for existing customers & prospects, across all channels with a focus on outbound calling, email & website personalization. Your main focus will be on email marketing, cross- and upselling and Customer Loyalty. In addition to your immediate colleagues, we work with an international CRM team to provide great service and result-driven campaigns Key Responsibilities of the role: CRM (Main Scope) Responsible for the planning, optimization, and implementation of measures to increase customer loyalty customer satisfaction as well as up- and cross-selling within our CRM Tool Responsible for the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of CRM campaigns Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the local market in coordination with the central team, gathering and translating local requirements via the QBR process. Managing and sending certified communications to customers. Leading cross-functional communication projects, ensuring alignment between local and global stakeholders. Overseeing the management of commercial consents, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards. Planning and executing customer communication campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance (open rate, click rate, click-through open rate). Coordinating with external agencies to deliver on local communication needs. Applying Agile methodology in daily work and project delivery. Managing vendors (handling files, monitoring deliveries, processing invoices, etc.). My Account & TRC (Secondary Scope) Think in customer journeys and constantly drives optimization to ensure the best experience for our customers. Development and implementation of concepts to generate marketing consent from our customers Maintaining the customer’s private account area and managing contractual updates (e.g., incident reporting). Collaborating with central and local teams on new implementations (e.g., projects, banners, new features), including testing and deployment. Performing data analysis and reporting using Power BI and Excel. Aligning with local Pricing and Contact Center teams to support CRM initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance the digitalization of the private customer area. Increase customer adoption of digital services by implementing strategies and coordinating with virtual assistance tools to drive engagement. Continuously improve existing processes and tailor them to evolving customer needs. Maintain all KPIs Skills for the Position: Technical Skills 3–5 years of proven experience in CRM, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficient in data analysis and tools such as Power BI and Excel. Experience managing cross-functional projects in multicultural or global environments. Soft Skills High level of English (minimum B2-C1): You don’t need to be perfect, but you must be comfortable communicating clearly. Strong autonomy, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities. Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across teams. Comfortable working in dynamic environments and under occasional pressure.
