Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account representative. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing client accounts, handling inquiries, and promoƟng additional insurance products and services to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone Adapt quickly to computer systems and accurately document all transacƟons Set and achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales goals Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products Collaborate with team members to opƟmize client satisfaction and retention Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulations Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new software Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation Self-motivated and accountable for meeting and exceeding sales goals Property & Casualty license and Life, Accident & Health license preferred but not required to apply; licenses can be obtained during training Benefits: Competitive base salary of $40,000 plus bonus/commissions Company-sponsored retirement plan Health insurance contribution Vacation and sick time
