Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Boutique San Francisco based law firm is seeking a mid-level real estate attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset management matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including: Purchase and sale agreements Commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial) Easements, license agreements, and related real estate documents Property management and service agreements Conduct and manage due diligence for purchase and sales transactions, including: Reviewing title commitments and surveys Identifying and resolving title and survey issues Assist with the coordination and management of closings Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex transactions Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school 3–7 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law at a law firm Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail Excellent communication and client service skills Preferred Experience: Experience working with large commercial landlords/tenants
