What You'll Be Doing: Diagnose and repair forklifts, tractors, trailers, and other construction equipment Perform mechanical and electrical inspections and maintenance Conduct road calls and provide emergency services to customers Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with the Equipment Service Manager Train and mentor new team members Ensure top-tier service and safety standards are always met What We're Looking For: 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or rental services Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics Familiarity with computer-assisted diagnostics Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs High school diploma or GED required Why Join Barnsco Texas?
