Job Description Job Description Employment Law Attorney Full-Time | Onsite | Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, CA 3–15 Years of Experience Join a mission-driven litigation firm making a difference across California. Direct Counsel is partnering with a respected and growing plaintiff-side Employment & Civil Rights Litigation firm based in Sherman Oaks. The firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join a high-impact team advocating for employees' rights and civil liberties across Los Angeles and beyond. What We’re Looking For: Licensed California attorney 3 years of experience practicing Employment Law (plaintiff-side preferred) Strong litigation background — experience handling depositions, law & motion, and court appearances is a major plus Team-oriented, highly organized, and client-centered Passion for employment law and a commitment to justice What You’ll Be Doing: Handle a caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution Collaborate closely with a team of seasoned litigators on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour cases Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions Participate in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation Position Details: Full-time On-site in a centrally located Sherman Oaks office Monday through Friday schedule Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 , commensurate with experience Bonus potential based on performance Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k) plan Medical and dental insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) Supportive and collaborative work environment To Apply: Please submit your resume , cover letter , and a writing sample .
