Job Description Job Description Skilled Lawn Care Technician – Stand-On Mower Specialist We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean finish, knows their way around professional equipment, and can deliver top-tier curb appeal on every job. ️ Responsibilities: Operate a stand-on 34" Bad Boy Revolt mower , including adjusting blade heights to meet lawn-specific requirements Use a weed eater with precision , ensuring clean edges around driveways, fences, and flowerbeds Blow off all hard surfaces including sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and patios—no clippings left behind Assist with equipment maintenance and daily checks to ensure peak performance Drive company truck and/or trailer safely between job sites ✅ Qualifications: Must be experienced with stand-on mowers (specifically Bad Boy or similar models) Confident and skilled with weed eater techniques, including trimming along fences and tight spots Understands how to properly use a blower to leave sites clean and professional Valid driver’s license required Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Bonus if you have: Experience with small engine maintenance Previous experience on commercial or high-end residential routes Company Description At Yellow Rose Lawn Solutions LLC, we don’t just care for lawns—we cultivate careers.
