The ideal candidate will have experience in toxic tort, general litigation defense, and some employment defense. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings and dispositive motions Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions Attend court hearings and argue motions Conduct and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial Prepare trial documents and submissions Provide analytical insight and strategic recommendations Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently We Offer: Competitive salary (130-180K/yr) 401k (employee contributions only) Medical Benefits Hybrid to Culver City
