Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description We are seeking positive, passionate, self-driven, natural-born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest entry level insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. We can accept both onsite and remote workers, but remote workers will require an initial onsite training period. Job pays an hourly rate plus generous comissions. Benefits Annual Base Salary Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Serve and meet the customers needs. Requirements Positive Attitude! Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. People person. Integrity. Team player. Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Preference given to those with bilingual skills. Not required, but we do need Spanish speakers in the agency!
