Job Description Job Description Job Title: Home Care Nurse – Dementia & Parkinson’s Care Location: Bonita Springs, FL Schedule: 7 Days a Week | 12-Hour Shifts |care such as tube feeding and wound care . About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a patient in Bonita Springs, FL. This is a long-term case requiring daily coverage (7 days/week) with 12-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, personalized care to a patient with Dementia and Parkinson’s. Administer medication and monitor for side effects or changes in condition. Manage feeding tube care (enteral nutrition), including administration and maintenance. Perform wound care , dressing changes, and infection prevention. Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor vital signs and overall health condition. Maintain accurate clinical notes and collaborate with family members and care team. Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. You are an employee of Nurse Core Qualifications: Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted) Negative TB Test Result Ability to work independently in a home care environment Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license If you want more variety in your day-to-day work, we can help!
