Travel Pharmacist - $2,050 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Janesville, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Perform all functions of pharmaceutical care, including: Process medication and IV orders Evaluate for appropriate drug, dose, allergies, interactions, and incompatibilities Monitor therapeutic drug levels Oversee computer data entry for patient profiles Ensure accuracy of all medication dispensing Supervise prescription filling and provide patient counseling Collect/analyze data for process improvement projects Conduct in-service programs for community and support groups Maintain professionalism, serving as a role model/resource for health system partners Stay current through literature review, continuing education, and self-evaluation Other duties as assigned Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program Wisconsin Registered Pharmacist License About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
