Job Responsibilities: Provide expert neonatal care including advanced therapies such as HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia Manage a diverse patient load in a 30-bed NICU with an average daily census of 17 Participate in a mixed schedule of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to teaching medical students, Family Medicine residents, and OB/GYN residents (starting 2025) Support regional perinatal care and coordinate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams ⏰ Working Hours: Combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts Skills: Advanced neonatal clinical skills including HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, therapeutic hypothermia Strong teamwork and communication skills Teaching and mentoring ability Ability to manage critically ill newborns in a high-acuity NICU setting Collaborative approach to patient care
