Description: A leading children’s hospital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a full-time Pediatric Hospitalist role. This permanent position offers varied shift coverage (combination of in-house and call-from-home), working on a 46-bed pediatric floor with an average daily census of 25–30 patients. The position is supported by a robust team of pediatric specialists including PICU, NICU, and pediatric emergency providers. Job Responsibilities: Deliver inpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population Participate in a rotating schedule including night, weekend, and on-call coverage Work alongside a collaborative team of pediatric hospitalists and subspecialists Ensure accurate documentation and maintain hospital case logs Opportunity to participate in academic teaching and mentoring (optional) ⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (Approx. 2016 hours annually) Varied shifts including nights, weekends, and call-from-home rotations Skills: Strong inpatient pediatric clinical skills Excellent teamwork and communication Proficiency in documentation and case management Familiarity with pediatric emergency and critical care protocols Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
