Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Neonatal in Fort Myers, FL

Position Description Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing team at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida . This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art, 70-bed Level III NICU within a highly collaborative, family-centered care environment. Part of a robust healthcare system with 7,000 deliveries per year across two hospitals. Primary responsibilities include attending coverage at the Level III NICU, plus support for Level I newborn care at Cape Coral Hospital. Comprehensive subspecialty support (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO). 24/7 NNP coverage with 12-hour shifts; 24-hour shifts available depending on experience. Opportunities for quality improvement initiatives and clinical research . Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs committed to collaborative, developmentally sensitive care. Permanent, full-time position requiring relocation or residency within the Fort Myers area (no block scheduling or commuter roles)
