Position Description Join a premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in the vibrant suburbs of Las Vegas. This opportunity offers advanced practice across four Level-III NICUs equipped with leading-edge technology, where compassionate care, professional growth, and teamwork are at the forefront. As an NNP, you will: Deliver hands-on care across four NICUs: Henderson Hospital – 32 beds Centennial Hills Hospital – 28 beds Spring Valley Hospital – 28 beds Summerlin Hospital – 52 beds Manage care for 1,700 annual NICU admissions and support over 10,000 births annually . Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including: High-frequency ventilation (jet & oscillator) Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy Whole-body cooling for HIE Participate in the neonatal transport program , coordinating emergency stabilization and care. Collaborate with a team of 16 neonatologists and multiple pediatric subspecialists. Rotate through multiple sites and shifts to ensure 24/7 neonatal care coverage . Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development . Support families with compassionate communication throughout the NICU journey.
