This position involves working night shifts, with 12-hour shifts scheduled. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. A valid RN license must be obtained prior to the start date. Certifications in BLS and ACLS are preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient oncology care and managing blood and blood products. In addition, skills in infusion pump management, starting IVs, and applying isolation precautions are necessary. Neutropenic precautions knowledge is also essential. Flexibility to float as needed is required. This role is focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
