Specialty Anesthesiology-CV Anesthesia MD (797) State NC Location 509 BILTMORE AVENUE, ASHEVILLE, NC 28801 Requirements Current Needs3-4 general Anesthesia MDs Duration: 6 months possibly longer until able to backfill MD positions with W2 employees. Please submit NC licensed candidates. Does physician need Board Certification: BE or BC Average Number of general cases per month: 3500-4000 Case Mix: Busy OB trauma designated stroke center vascular neuro urology ortho Must be able to do peripheral nerve blocks General Anesthesia Shifts: 8s 10s 12s. No call is needed. Describe the make-up of support staff: 1 MD:3 CRNA or 1 MD:4 CRNA Care Team Model: Yes mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred.
