Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Internal Medicine in Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Day Shift No Call | Outpatient Only Opportunity Overview: Join a compassionate, mission-driven clinic in Atlanta, GA , providing essential care to underserved and homeless populations . We're seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment —where your skills will make a real difference in the community. ✅ Your Role: ‍⚕️ Provide primary care to: ‍ Adults Children (limited) Responsibilities include: ‍⚕️ Up to 10–12 patients/day Document in Epic EMR Perform pelvic exams , pap smears , and employment physicals Care for patients from diverse and vulnerable backgrounds Collaborate with 6 mid-level providers May be trained and asked to cover : HIV care Integrated Behavioral Health (not primary duties) Practice Setting: ‍♂️ Outpatient only – no hospital coverage No call , no codes , no ED backup ️ Defibrillator on-site Work in a team-based public health clinic ️ Serve Atlanta’s homeless and immigrant communities
