About The Position We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Maine. This role begins on Oct 6, 2025, and offers a structured weekly schedule split between a clinic and a surgical center, with no hospital coverage required. The Physician will work from 8 AM to 4 PM, optimizing patient care in both settings. Job Details Location: Maine Start Date: Oct 6, 2025 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Schedule: Monday & Wednesday @ surgery center Tuesday & Thursday @ clinic Responsibilities and Duties Manage acute and chronic pain, including but not limited to joint injections, epidurals, and electrical stimulation Perform Fluoroscopically guided facet injections Split time efficiently between a clinic and a surgical center to ensure comprehensive patient care Utilize the Cerner EMR system to document and manage patient information Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Must be licensed to practice in Maine Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required Experience in pain management procedures is highly desirable Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
