This is a great opportunity to work on a post-surgical unit alongside a dedicated and collaborative team. Job Details: Location: Lewiston, ME Unit: Med Surg/Ortho Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM 7:00 AM EMR: EPIC Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process Assess and document patient condition upon admission and throughout stay Administer IV medications, fluids, and blood products per clinical policy Engage patients and caregivers in care planning and discharge readiness Ensure safe use and monitoring of restraints and seclusion practices Requirements: Active RN license (ME or compact) BLS certification required (AHA) Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred Experience with orthopedic and post-surgical patient populations a plus Must demonstrate competency in restraint/seclusion procedures per agency standards If youre looking to grow your clinical skills while exploring Maine, apply today!
