Requirements A personal lines insurance license is a bonus but will train good individual. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial . Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Professional phone etiquette.
