Part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant

P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a part-time, permanent Accounts Payable Assistant. The part-time hours for this post will be 21 hours across 3 days per week. This is an interesting and varied role and would suit an experienced accounts payable candidate to join a well established finance team, in a great company. The main duties: Process high-volume invoices Deal with supplier queries Supplier statement reconciliations Complete weekly payment runs Ad hoc finance duties The main requirements: Previous accounts payable experience is essential High levels of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong skills in excel My client offers a salary of 28-30K pro rata.
