Join our Shared Services team as an Accounts Payable Associate and play a key role in ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time. As an Accounts Payable Associate, youll be responsible for full-cycle invoice processing for the Samworth Group. Youll liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, manage aged creditors, and ensure prompt payments. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contribution directly supports the smooth running of our financial operations. Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements across multiple ledgers Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage aged creditor items Ensure accurate records are maintained and prompt payment targets are met Handle internal and external supplier enquiries professionally Support intercompany transactions and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
