About the Role Youll be the go-to expert for customers looking for high-quality air conditioning solutions. This role blends technical knowledge with sales skills youll meet with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that deliver on performance and efficiency. With a company van or car allowance provided, youll be out meeting customers across the region, building strong partnerships and spotting opportunities for new business. About the Client Youll be joining a well-established, forward-thinking air conditioning company with a reputation for excellence in installation, servicing, and maintenance. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm No weekends £36,000 £40,000 DOE £12,000 commission per annum 31 days holiday (increasing with service) Company van or car allowance, PPE, uniform, laptop, and private healthcare provided Key Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions Prepare and present quotes and proposals Achieve and exceed sales targets Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery Identify new business opportunities within the region Key Requirements Proven sales experience in the HVAC, air conditioning, or a related trade sector Strong technical background with the ability to explain solutions clearly Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset If youre looking for a role where your trade experience, technical expertise, and sales skills will be valued, and where your hard work is rewarded with excellent benefits and career progression, wed love to hear from you.
