Multi Trade Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a respected and long-standing contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. Based across Dorset and the surrounding areas, this role focuses on planned maintenance and reactive repairs. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive: £22-£24 per hour as a temp to perm rate Permanent salary of £36k-£38k, based on experience Company provided van & fuel card Opportunity to transition into permanent employment As a Multi Trade Operative, you will: Undertake making good tasks including patch plastering, painting, loft hatch installations, and minor carpentry Deliver planned maintenance works in social housing properties To succeed as a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need: Proven experience in social housing maintenance settings A valid NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in relevant trades Proficiency in a minimum of two trade disciplines (e.g. painting & decorating, carpentry, plastering) If you're interested in this Multi Trade Operative opportunity, please get in touch: Email: Phone: 0121 773 0966
