Mortgage Advisor

Our client is seeking a specialist Mortgage Advisor who is experienced in both residential mortgages and other finance lending such as Limited Company Buy To Lets, Bridging Finance, Holiday Lets and Second Charge Loans. You will be joining a long established mortgage brokerage of over 20 years who operate across the South of England and provide excellent service resulting in numerous industry accolades. This is a new role as the business want to expand their Specialist Lending service, therefore you need to be confident in your ability. In return, you have the opportunity to receive regular referrals from the established team of Mortgage Advisors, who can refer cases to you. Alongside the specialist lending cases, you may receive some standard residential cases to keep you busy whilst this role builds. Our client sees this as a growing market for them, therefore there is opportunity for you to potentially build a specialist lending team and be a team leader. Their Mortgage Advisers are heavily supported by their Case Managers.
