Sales Representative

A leading medical device company is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Arthroplasty Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. Responsibilities Analyse current usage, potential usage, and long-term opportunities within the identified customer base. Maintain regular contact with the target client list, ensuring monthly interactions and product discussions. Implement strategic and tactical plans as developed by the marketing team. Attend and assist customers in theatre as required. Build and manage relationships with theatre staff, assistants, and other key role players in the relevant geographic area. Set and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets. Requirements Relevant Diploma or Bachelors Degree. 23 years Arthroplasty sales experience advantageous. Proven experience in a similar role with theatre experience essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree advantageous. Own reliable vehicle. Strong ability to learn and retain product knowledge. Proven relationship management and networking skills.
