Technical Competencies & Experience: 2 years experience in agricultural crop protection industry. Substantial knowledge of business and technical aspects of the product areas and technology is required. Deliver in-field support, demos, and feedback on crop protection products. Advise on regional agronomy, integrated solutions, and emerging crop challenges. Influence product uptake through credibility, knowledge sharing Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributor agents and growers. Foster collaboration through field days, joint visits, and technical training.
