Learn more about our story at: /> Role We are creating a new AI product in the Utilities category and are seeking a Managing Director to oversee daily operations, execution, and team building. Profit Share This role includes profit sharing incentives and stock options, which are quite generous. More details will be shared during the interview. The Team You will build a high-talent team that enjoys working in our fast-paced, 100% remote environment. About You You are a dynamic, hands-on leader with extensive experience in D2C digital products, preferably subscriptions. You excel at driving growth and innovation, with a strong understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies. You will lead all departments, focusing on strategic initiatives and performance optimization, managing teams, and engaging deeply with technical and operational aspects to steer the company towards success. What You’ll Do Lead strategic growth initiatives to expand the business, improve market position, and progress overall goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects across engineering, product, growth, marketing, and sales. Drive revenue growth and profitability while managing operational costs. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring market fit and quality standards. Work closely with engineering to develop innovative solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Align the product roadmap with business strategy and customer feedback. Manage marketing campaigns to be data-driven and customer-focused, supporting product launches and sales. Use data analytics to refine growth strategies and ensure sustainable revenue increases. Monitor key metrics like revenue, EBITDA margins, CAC, LTV, ROAS, onboarding conversion, ARPU, and retention to optimize performance.
