The Role As a Field Consultant, you will be involved in the continuous management of Independent Repair and Tire Workshops entrusted to you. Your main tasks will be : Acting as an intersection point between Independent Repair and Tire Workshops, distributors, and the Mother National Sales Company. Promoting official campaigns and product training as part of the marketing process. Ensuring territorial coverage by maximizing the turnover from tire sales on the sub-dealer channel. Scouting new clients to expand the network. Assisting dealers with tools provided by the National Sales Company to enhance engagement. Supporting the distributors' sales force to ensure dealer and customer satisfaction. Qualifications We seek a passionate individual about the motorcycle and automotive fields, team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. Our ideal candidate has : A Degree in Economic or Scientific disciplines, Computer literacy, especially MS Office, Native Italian speaker (good English skills are a plus), Experience in automotive spare parts market or automotive domain is a plus.
