Base pay range 69,600.00 / yr - $104,300.00 / yr All In Credit Union is seeking a motivated, analytical individual to administer, promote, and implement Salesforce software along with other business applications to ensure functionality and performance. Your Role Serve as an administrator and support liaison for Salesforce. Leverage knowledge of Salesforce and integrated business software to ensure successful adoption and use of the platform. Gather requirements for Salesforce enhancements. Conduct user acceptance and usability testing. Provide guidance on Salesforce utilization. Collaborate with internal partners to configure, support, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce for optimal performance. Your Responsibilities Conduct user and task analysis to refine Salesforce implementation. Facilitate workshops, document outcomes through journey maps and blueprints. Implement and customize business processes using standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, security, workflows, and validation rules. Monitor system performance metrics and collaborate on improvements. Develop user requirements, documentation, and change management plans. Identify and recommend process improvements. Consult with business units to improve system functionality. Create and customize reports and dashboards. Assist in troubleshooting and address Salesforce performance issues. Conduct user acceptance testing for new features, document outcomes. Create system and user documentation. Provide training and support to Salesforce users. Respond to support tickets promptly. Monitor Salesforce SLA’s and KPI’s. Manage administrative functions, including user rights and license usage. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience: At least one year in CRM administration, preferably Salesforce, or completion of Salesforce training/certifications. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, providing courteous assistance. Other Skills Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Internet applications. Understanding of financial institution processes and core applications. Experience with reporting and query tools. Ability to create effective data visualizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills. Time management skills. Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and ability to assist members with related questions, with yearly training required. Why Join Us?
