Selection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at the national and international level, is looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer Our client is a well-known web company that is implementing an ambitious expansion and internationalization program at the European level first and then globally. Business B2C and app-based with over 7 million users and over 1 million downloads on Play Store and App Store. Objective The candidate will be responsible for defining the vision and ensuring the quality of the user experience in digital products, actively contributing to product strategy. With a data-informed and human-centered approach, they will lead the design of coherent, accessible, and meaningful digital experiences. They will represent a point of reference for design within the organization, promoting and supporting the development of a solid, transversal user experience culture focused on measuring impact. Main responsibilities Define and maintain a strategic UX vision aligned with the product strategy; Lead the design of user experiences on app, web, and digital touchpoints; Promote and facilitate user research, co-design, usability testing activities; Analyze quantitative and qualitative insights to guide design decisions; Oversee the consistency and evolution of the Design System; Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders; Support the growth of the design team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Role activities Lead or supervise discovery phases, research, flow definitions, and wireframing; Conduct interviews, usability tests, and behavioral analyses independently or with support; Analyze quantitative data with the support of the Data team, translating it into design decisions; Coordinate competitive benchmarking, identifying best practices and trends; Design interfaces (mockups and hi-fi prototypes) in accordance with shared guidelines and patterns; Mentor junior or mid-level designers, fostering internal growth and spreading UX culture. Technical requirements for the position At least 5 years of experience in digital product design, with a demonstrable portfolio on complex projects (mobile app and web); Proficiency in Figma and main tools for user research and prototyping; Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and HCI; Experience working cross-functionally with product and development teams; Ability to present and explain design choices with data and arguments; Strategic thinking and leadership attitude in design.
