Our Company Values : Boutique Experience, Always Better, Be Inspired, Be Resourceful, Be Aware Job Title : Project Manager - Luxury Millwork and Stone Projects Job Summary : As a Project Manager at The Davani Group, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end millwork and stone projects for high-end residential projects worldwide. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects meet the highest standards while maintaining strict timelines and budgets. This role requires travel to the US for on-site installation supervision (approx. 20-30% of the time). Strong communication in English is essential. Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits. Hours / Shift : 40 hours/week, 2pm to 11pm Italy time. Base : Italy with travel to the USA Areas of Responsibility : Lead and manage luxury millwork and stone projects from conception to completion, working with high-net-worth individuals and elite commercial clients. Produce technical shop drawings and renderings. Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure project success. Conduct design and technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Edit architectural drawings as needed. Oversee on-site installations, providing hands-on management and support. Perform site measurements and collaborate with the technical/production team. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Address client inquiries proactively with timely updates and solutions. Manage logistics for shipping and delivery of materials. Use project management tools to track progress and manage resources. Conduct post-project evaluations to maintain ongoing client relations. Chain of Command : The Project Manager will work closely with senior management, including design, production, and logistics teams. Qualifications and Skills : Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury construction or high-end interior design sector, overseeing millwork and stone installations. Ability to read and identify mistakes in architectural drawings. Fluent spoken and written English and Italian skills. Background in Architecture. In-depth understanding of millwork and stone products, including their applications and installation techniques. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Service and solutions-oriented mindset, with a high sense of ownership. Ability to interact positively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred. Architectural knowledge and/or passion for high-end design elements is a plus. Training and ability to use a 3D scanner and take measurements. J-18808-Ljbffr
