Junior Project & Construction Manager

Yard Reaas S.p.A., leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated property services, is seeking a Junior Project & Construction Manager specialized in the Real Estate sector with a VAT number, for its Milan office. Main activities: Feasibility analysis of real estate developments from a technical and economic perspective; Preparation of preliminary design documents; Definition and management of project budgets according to client requirements; Management of the entire construction process ensuring adherence to costs, timelines, and quality; Identification, contractual management, and coordination of professionals involved in design and execution phases (suppliers, designers, legal figures, etc.); Managing relationships with clients and all involved parties; Coordination with public administrations and authorities; Site supervision: managing relationships with construction companies, progress verification, contractual support, and handling variations; Preparation and presentation of reports as required by the client; Monitoring project progress in relation to agreements with funding entities. Qualifications and experience: Experience of at least 1-2 years as a Project Manager in medium-sized organizations is appreciated; Diploma from a Surveyor or a degree in Engineering or Architecture; Proactive approach with critical thinking and planning skills; Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in teams; Knowledge of administrative procedures for obtaining building permits; Proficiency in analyzing, evaluating, and drafting quantity surveys (using public rate lists), and preparing and assessing schedules; Willingness and autonomy to conduct technical inspections at various sites; Good command of English; Familiarity with main CAD programs (AutoCAD, Allplan, Revit, etc.); Excellent knowledge of Office suite (knowledge of MS Project is a plus); Excellent time management, prioritization, precision, and interest in multidisciplinary topics.
