Production Planner Packages

ROLE PURPOSE Production Planners develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. They determine material, equipment, and labor requirements, prepare status and performance reports, and resolve production issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate purchase orders to create suitable production schedules. Estimate the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production. Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays. Coordinate production operations based on material, labor, and equipment availability. Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve processes and product quality. Adjust production schedules to meet deadlines. Compile and submit status and performance reports to management. Inform relevant departments of schedule changes. Manage complex projects involving multiple departments (technical office, quality, production, sales, logistics, warehouse). Define stock policies for packages warehouses and manage stock levels to meet market demands. Procure package-specific components. Prioritize planning of other made-in items with colleagues to ensure timely availability of goods. Continuously improve the packages planning process. SKILLS Proficiency in English (B2 level). EDUCATION Technical High School Diploma or higher. PERSONAL SKILLS Good analytical skills, precision, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proactivity, problem-solving abilities, team-oriented attitude. Open to change. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related fields.
