Job Description: Enfinity Global is seeking a Site Manager for the Construction department, reporting to the Construction Manager of the designated Region. This role ensures the timely and within-budget completion of construction projects. The Site Manager monitors and directs contractor activities from start to finish, overseeing various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation through foundation work. They maintain close contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle, accompany clients during site visits, and address questions or concerns about project progress. The Site Manager is responsible for enforcing site safety protocols and ensuring contractors and crews work in a safe environment and adhere to safety rules. Responsibilities / Duties: Manage EPC contracts and on-site operations, review project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and schedule adherence. Supervise site management to ensure project completion within time and budget constraints. Oversee project progress, ensure compliance with Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements, and liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. Coordinate and supervise construction workers, ensuring safety and preparing site reports, safety/quality control reports, and design documents. Ensure project compliance with social responsibility, quality, environmental, and safety standards, practices, and internal codes. Support the Asset Management team with close-out documentation and during the warranty period. Qualifications: Engineering degree (preferred). Proven experience of 7-10 years managing site operations and power plant construction projects. Deep knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
