Who we’re looking for We seek a Senior Engineer / Project Manager to join our Fabric & Home Care Engineering team. The candidate should have proven experience in designing, constructing, and commissioning production lines and industrial plants within the consumer goods sector. You will lead projects from concept to start-up, focusing on innovation, structure, and efficiency, especially in digital transformation and AI applications in engineering. Your key responsibilities Lead project execution from feasibility studies to commissioning and qualification. Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and risks. Oversee design of production lines, including automation and digital systems. Supervise design, construction, and implementation teams. Design and deploy control systems, integrating AI tools where applicable. Ensure thorough testing and qualification of equipment and systems. Coordinate with procurement, planning, logistics, and production teams. Support start-up and ensure ongoing system performance. What you bring A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Industrial Engineering. 5 years of experience in engineering and project management. Expertise in digital systems, automation, and plant design. Knowledge of project management practices. Interest or experience in AI tools applied to engineering.
