Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities : Identify and evaluate business opportunities to promote company growth. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential strategic partners. Create business development strategies to expand market presence and penetration. Collaborate with the team to define objectives and action plans for acquiring new clients. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and potential commercial partners. Coordinate partnership projects and commercial agreements, including licensing agreements and joint ventures. Analyze and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives to make improvements and optimize results. Identify new market sectors and expansion opportunities, proposing innovative ideas and strategies for diversification. Collaborate with other business functions such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of business strategies. Monitor and regularly report progress towards business development goals to the executive team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, preferably in related sectors. In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and business growth strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Results-oriented with an innovative mindset. Proficiency in both Italian and English.
