Position : HRIS Analyst Reports To : Vice President HRIS Key Relationships : Human Resources, IT, Legal, Compliance Other Key Relationships : Third-party payroll providers, Workday developers and administrators Position Summary : The HRIS Analyst supports Workday’s Recruiting and Learning modules and provides support for Workday’s HCM, Talent, Compensation, Time Tracking & Absence modules. Responsibilities include supporting projects, enhancements, issue resolution, and system fixes. The focus is on delivering quality configuration, testing, reporting, process improvements, and collaborating with the HRIS team to ensure high-quality support to the business. Key Responsibilities : Serve as SME for Workday Recruiting, Learning, HCM, Compensation, and Talent modules. Architect project responsibilities with understanding of Workday methodologies and configurations. Recommend process improvements, policy changes, and support innovations. Research and resolve complex Workday issues, providing solutions. Stay updated on HR systems trends and best practices. Develop test and project plans for upgrades and new features. Manage projects and process improvements, applying change management best practices. Drive testing strategies, oversee system upgrades, and document processes. Maintain and support reports, dashboards, and queries, ensuring compliance. Create and update business processes, notifications, and validations. Monitor workflows for accuracy and security. Complete and audit EIBs, manage security settings. Support system issues and user access via Customer Support Center. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and document findings. Partner with third-party vendors for Workday support. Collaborate on projects and on-demand requests. Experience & Requirements : Minimum 3 years of Workday Recruitment module configuration experience. Advanced Excel skills. Fluent in English (written and oral). Preferred : Training in Advanced Security & Analytics. Additional Skills : Strong analytical and HR skills, including complex analysis and problem-solving. Ability to read / write technical documentation. Project planning and risk mitigation skills. Ability to understand and streamline complex processes. Travel : No travel required.
