Linux technical Consultant

We are looking for a skilled technical Linux Consultant to support several web applications for our customer, a developer of a data management system that enables rapid data analysis and evaluation. Responsibilities include: Maintaining existing customer databases, investigating and resolving incidents on the client's side. Updating and upgrading clusters with the latest software according to requirements and roadmap. Monitoring customer databases using internal tools. Preparing technical specifications and documentation for implementations, maintenance, updates, and monitoring. Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles. Identifying and implementing improvements within the Support Team. Participating in training sessions and self-learning. Being prepared for on-call duties. Qualifications: University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in application management technical support. Strong experience with Linux, Azure, SQL Server. Experience with Java, Cloud Programming, and MQ Series. ITIL Certification is a plus. Excellent English verbal and written skills.
