Responsabile tecnico di cantiere

PGM SRL, general contractor, is seeking to expand its team with experienced professionals in construction site management, capable of overseeing projects end-to-end. The candidates will be responsible for coordinating site personnel activities, planning, managing, and optimizing economic and material resources. Therefore, strong organizational, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude are essential. Main Activities The ideal candidate will ensure the proper execution of construction activities within budget and schedule, managing and coordinating site personnel. Specifically, responsibilities include : Ensuring adherence to project timelines, costs, and quality standards; Preparing procurement plans and related RDA for the purchasing department; Supervising subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual conditions and deadlines; Overseeing contractual compliance during project execution; Managing and coordinating all project phases; Organizing and executing work according to contractual norms; Planning activities and interventions, especially managing site interference with proactive construction site management; Supervising and coordinating workforce progress; Verifying compliance with safety regulations on site; Resolving technical issues or discrepancies during project execution; Managing technical relationships with professionals involved in the project (designers, site managers, safety coordinators, etc.). This role reports directly to the Project Manager and collaborates closely with them. Requirements include : Diploma as a surveyor or a degree in engineering or architecture; Previous experience as a Site Technician or similar roles; In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and project management practices; Ability to interpret technical, architectural, and structural drawings and related documentation; Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel and Project); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Problem-solving orientation and pragmatic solutions approach; Ability to work independently and make timely decisions in team settings; Willingness to travel nationwide.
